Those born in the year of the rabbit are invited to ease themselves gently into the dating scene by going for a walk

Embracing the Lunar New Year on January 22, Tinder has co-opted every Chinese Zodiac sign to provide invaluable astro-dating tips to singletons hoping that this is the year that their stars align.

Embracing the famed virility of the animal assignation, the fun campaign follows Tinder’s ’Year in Swipe’, a summary of 2022’s dating trends that found that star signs were the most popular dating descriptor on personal bios.

In partnership with Feng Shui master Adelina Pang, Tinder has turned its attention to the year ahead with a helpful predictor of what the coming months have in store for you depending on your zodiac sign.

The full menagerie of all 12 signs is included in the unscientific guidance, offering custom tips to kickstart your love life.

Pang commented: “Young singles looking to meet someone new this year can expect to do so in an environment of calm and balanced energy. Whatever one’s relationship goals are this year, with these Zodiac readings and tips, young adult singles can make the best out of the Year of the Rabbit to bring new connections, improve their love luck and set themselves up for romantic success.“

Those born in the year of the rabbit are invited to ease themselves gently into the dating scene by going for a walk or meeting for coffee, reserving more uproarious suggestions such as hosting a game night for those born in the year of the goat.

Tinder has employed every trick in the book to woo aspiring couples, from an ’election center’ to woo politically engaged singles to a feature pairing shelter dogs with new owners.
