Impression adds household names to client roster

January 16, 2023

Digital growth agency Impression begins the year by announcing an influx of new client wins following a successful end to 2022.

Blinds 2go will work alongside the agency’s paid social team to grow reach, traffic and conversions across multiple social platforms. Global events company GL events have enlisted PPC services to grow its market presence and better service its customer across its six brands.

B2B corporate events business Wildgoose and Swedish-founded consumer loans provider Sambla Group have appointed Impression’s digital PR team to drive brand awareness and boost organic visibility.

Impression’s analytics team is working Gossard and its sister brand Pretty Polly. They will assist both brands with Google Tag Manager implementation, optimising tracking and attribution capabilities before helping with its Google Analytics 4 setup.

Lampoo, a sustainable second-hand luxury fashion brand, also appointed Impression to help with its Google Analytics 4 set-up and to implement server-side tagging before the launch of its new website.

Speaking of the new client wins, Impression’s commercial director Mikey Emery said:

“Despite 2022 being a challenging year for businesses, we are proud that the agency achieved another year of record growth. We shifted our business strategy during the pandemic and focused on building out our service offering as well as improving our ability to attract and develop talent. This has paid dividends as we have seen our team win new and exciting household-named brands and deliver insane levels of growth for them."

2023 is going to be tough, but thanks to the team we have in place and the position we are in, we have set our sites on hitting new heights as we expand internationally and introduce a plethora of new skills and expertise to the agency.”

Speaking of the new partnership, Marcus Sätherström, head of SEO at Sambla said:

"We at Sambla are very excited to partner with Impression to take our SEO strategy to the next level with innovative and exciting approaches. We believe our collaboration will help us achieve amazing results and give us a bigger gap towards our competitors."

Steven Leek, Group Marketing Manager at GL events UK said:

“Following numerous acquisitions over recent years, GL events has grown significantly in the UK. As leaders in the various industries in which we operate, we’re excited to be partnered with a multi-award-winning paid search agency, to ensure sustained success across our growing portfolio.”

Impression reports that last year, it achieved a 33% YoY revenue growth and employs over 100 members of staff. It is currently recruiting across its teams to serve its growing client portfolio.
