Published each year, the Future 50 spotlights the best new talent in brand-side marketing, from creatives in San Francisco to SEO practitioners in Singapore to sales journey supremos in Shoreditch. This year, for the first time, we’ll be publishing a parallel list of the 50 best emerging talents at marketing and advertising agencies.

Nominations are open to any marketer who is either under the age of 30 or who is in the first 18 months of their role in brand marketing or at an ad agency.

We're also using our Future 50 process to identify the industry's Rising Stars across the entire program of The Drum Awards. The best talent surfaced during our Future 50 search will be honored with a Rising Star award

If your colleague, mentee or professional partner is an amazing art director, an fantastic strategist or knows everything there is to know about media planning, why not nominate them?

And if you think you should be included in our list of the best new talent in brand marketing and advertising, why not put yourself forward?

You can nominate yourself, a colleague or friend via this short form.

The Future 50 lists will be published later this year alongside a series of features, interviews with and profiles of the terrific talents featured. The very best talent will be recognized over the next 12 months at various ceremonies of The Drum Awards.

Previously, the Future 50 has spotlighted amazing emerging marketers at PepsiCo, Diageo and Unilever. But the list doesn’t just honor those working at industry titans – past editions have also included marketers doing phenomenal work for SMEs and startup brands.

Meanwhile, The Drum Awards is also seeking nominations for its Agency of the Year categories. You can use this form to nominate agencies and for these prestigious awards. Learn more about The Drum’s Awards schemes here.
