AXA has launched a regional campaign to promote the importance of ‘Me Time’ and positive mental health care as it seeks to engage the Asia’s overworked “sandwich generation”.

The ‘Make Time For Me-Time’ campaign, created by Publicis Groupe Hong Kong, promotes the importance of taking time out without feeling guilty, and redefine the ideas of healthcare to include selfcare.
