This week, a hard-hitting Uber campaign looks to raise funds for ambulances in Ukraine, Shelter’s stark photo campaign stresses the homeless crisis in the UK and Miriam Margolyes calls for a ’Big Gay Donation’ for 2030 World Cup.

This trio of short films features drivers Pasha, Dima and Oksana who have hugely contributed to the war effort in Kyiv over the last year.

The charity’s hard-hitting campaign hopes to convey the severity of many people’s circumstances over the festive period. In the photo series, viewers see a tent under a dark bridge, a bus shelter housing someone’s belongings, a damp park bench and the back seat of a car, all adorned with colorful fairy lights and all being used as a bed.

The Big Gay Donation by Uncommon

Miriam Margolyes hopes to persuade ”the people that run football” to accept a Big Gay Donation and host the 2030 World Cup in an LGBTQ+-friendly country.
